Order with Check/Money Order

Use this form for orders paid by CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY.
NOTE: To order with PAYPAL do not use this form. Refer to "Using PAYPAL for Online Orders".

To download prices go to Price Lists and select the appropriate list.

By completing this form, a list of image numbers, sizes and/or products you wish to order will be sent to the Photographer.

After you submit your order, you will receive an email with your order total within 24 hours.
*Mail a check or money order for the full order total.
Your order will not be processed until full payment is received.
Prints will be mailed to you unless you specify pick up of order.
(5-10 business days average turn around time, from date payment received, for prints/enlargements)
Albums and Proof Books require additional time based on product selected.

Note: To find your Image Numbers - go to the preview album of your event and locate the image. Click on the image and the image will become larger. The Image Number will be located in the UPPER LEFT corner above the image. Example: -01, A-4 etc...
